State SchoolsRelief is a not-for-profit organisation that helps disadvantaged Victorian students, and their families, We are currently able to apply, on behalf of our GSSC parents and families who identify as financially disadvantaged and may be eligible for support to purchase winter uniforms. Please contact the school on 5891 2000 if we can assist you.

 

Voting for School Council Parent membership category is now open. Ballots papers cannot be emailed and are available at the Main Office in the Enterprise Centre.  There are four (4) vacancies. Please find attached candidate statements from each candidate.Voting closes at 4.00pm on Monday 7 March 2022

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO VOTE IN THE PARENT ELECTORATE?
Are you the parent of a student attending the school? 
YES - 
If you answer NO you cannot vote
Are you a guardian or a person who is liable to maintain or has the actual custody of a student at the school? YES - If you answer NO you cannot vote
Are you a parent and a DEECD Department employee at the school your child is enrolled in?
NO - if you answer YES you cannot vote
 

Instructions

  • Your vote will be invalid if you vote for more candidates than the number of vacancies to be filled.
  • A voter must not vote more than once in a ballot 

To cast your vote, you must:

  • Make a clear mark beside the name of the candidate/s
  • Place the completed ballot paper in a blank envelope 
  • Write your name and address on the Voting Register

before closure of the ballot at 4pm Monday 7 March 2022

OR
Post the vote by
i)     placing the completed ballot paper in a blank envelope; and
ii)    placing the blank envelope in a second envelope with the voter’s name and address printed on the back of this envelope; and
iii)   posting the envelope to the principal so as to reach the school by 4.00pm on Monday 7 March 2022
