We couldn't be more proud of our Year 10 Health and Human Development students, who together with Goulburn Valley Health, Primary Care Connect and Greater Shepparton City Council have taken part in an education and awareness initiative around the dangers of vaping.

As part of this collaboration, the students designed posters, targeted at young people and highlighting the risks with vaping, as well as where to seek help and support with quitting.

Today (4 December) some student representatives from this class attended the Greater Shepparton Vaping Strategy Launch, where they were able to take to the stage to share their design choices and messaging with the audience. Chloe, Giselle and Noor put forward an engaging and impressive presentation and we thank them for being so brave to represent their peers and the College on this important issue.

It was fantastic to see the students' work up in lights and we look forward to sharing their work around the College to raise further awareness and provide our young people with the facts and knowledge to keep themselves safe and make good choices for their health and futures.

Many thanks to Ms Londrigan for her work supporting the students through this project and for taking the students along to GV Health for the launch event, along with Ms Utber.
